Who to blame??

The latest case my firm is handling involves a summon submitted for mention in the Session Court. Interesting because it's the first time I'm doing summon case for accident since i started work. Also because the accident happened like 300meters from where i stay.

Poor Chinese man was riding his bike it seems and tiba2 kena knock down by a car and he didn't survive the accident :/ such a pity considering the fact that he was merely 36years old and he has a 9 year old daughter. So pitiful na..

Speaking about the place where the said accident occurred, it's at Jalan Ipoh 3 1/2 mile beside ESSO. that tempat is like a hotspot for accidents. The reason is because traffic comes from three different directions to that poor road all at the SAME time. bayangkan la. its like d fella on the left who wants to go to the far right will do some typical-malaysian-driver stunts and vice versa . and the cars there always banyak. so u can imagine how chaotic the situation can get.

My sis pun accident there last month. This Suzuki Swift came from nowhere and was speeding samo, then tak sempat nak brake so langgar my sister's car. Trauma my sis after that. And the poor car was quite damaged.

The question here is, I BET this is not the only road that is quite dangerous. So why aren't the respective authorities playing their part to solve this problem? Too many precious lives have gone just like that. I think its high time for some effective measures to be implemented to solve this worrying issue.
